Recovery Coaching
1:1 Consultations
Meet With Me
One-on-One
This personal consultation offers a supportive, educational space to talk through challenges related to substance use and recovery, yours or that of someone you care about. These sessions are not medical care and do not involve diagnosis, prescribing, treatment, or insurance.
Instead, I focus on understanding patterns, developing recovery strategies, building accountability, and providing education, not medical decision-making.

Who this is for:
For Yourself
If you're questioning your own relationship with substances, or you're already in recovery and want a sounding board, these sessions offer a space to talk it through honestly, without judgment.
For Families
Loving someone with an addiction is its own kind of hard. I help parents, spouses, and family members understand what's actually happening, set boundaries that hold, and figure out how to support someone without losing themselves in the process.
For Friends & Partners
You don't have to share blood or a last name to be deeply affected by someone else's addiction. If you're trying to understand a friend's struggle, or your own role in it, I'll help you make sense of the patterns and figure out what's actually yours to carry.
For Professionals
Counselors, sponsors, educators, and anyone working adjacent to addiction sometimes need a space of their own to process a hard case or sharpen their understanding. These sessions can offer that perspective, professional to professional.
