Content may include addiction neuroscience, substance use disorders, recovery, behavior change, mental health education, and related subjects.

Although Dr. Nicole Labor is a licensed physician and board-certified in Family Medicine and Addiction Medicine, content provided through this website and its associated nonclinical services is not individualized medical advice.

Information provided through videos, books, courses, presentations, coaching, or community discussions is not a substitute for professional medical evaluation, diagnosis, or treatment.

Users should consult qualified healthcare professionals regarding personal medical concerns.

3. No Physician-Patient Relationship

Accessing this website, communicating with Dr. Nicole Labor or Company representatives, purchasing products, participating in recovery coaching, or joining an educational community does not, by itself, create a physician-patient relationship.

Laborhood Change Project, Inc. does not offer medical diagnosis, medical treatment, prescribing, or individualized medical management through these website services.

Recovery coaching is a nonclinical service and should not be confused with medical treatment, psychotherapy, or licensed mental health care.

Users should not rely on website communications or coaching services as a substitute for necessary healthcare.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive legal or professional duties that may independently arise under applicable law.

4. No Emergency Services

The Addicts Doc is not an emergency medical service or crisis response service.

Website forms, email communications, scheduling platforms, coaching platforms, and community discussions are not continuously monitored for emergencies.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number.

For a mental health or substance use crisis in the United States, you may contact the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline by calling or texting 988.

Do not use website communications to request emergency medical assistance.

5. Recovery Coaching Services

Recovery coaching services are designed to provide education, accountability, guidance, and support for individuals navigating recovery and personal change.

Coaching may address topics such as habits, coping strategies, decision-making, motivation, recovery planning, and rebuilding life after addiction.

Recovery coaching does not include medical diagnosis, prescribing, psychotherapy, or the management of medical conditions.

Coaching outcomes vary, and no particular result, sobriety outcome, or recovery milestone is guaranteed.

Clients remain responsible for their own decisions and actions.

Scheduling, cancellations, refunds, and other service-specific conditions may be established in separate booking or purchase terms presented before payment.

6. Consulting and Professional Services

The Company may provide consulting, education, program development, and strategic guidance to hospitals, treatment centers, healthcare organizations, correctional facilities, and other entities.

These services may include offerings under The Addiction Architect and the Laborhood Addiction Medicine Program (LAMP).

Consulting recommendations are intended to support professional and organizational decision-making.

Client organizations remain responsible for independently reviewing and approving policies, clinical protocols, regulatory requirements, staffing decisions, and implementation activities.

Consulting does not guarantee accreditation, certification, regulatory approval, financial performance, or particular clinical outcomes.

Separate consulting agreements may establish additional responsibilities, deliverables, fees, confidentiality provisions, and licensing terms.

7. Books, Courses, Videos, and Digital Products

We may offer books, educational videos, courses, workbooks, downloadable materials, and other digital or physical products.

These materials are provided for personal educational use unless a separate commercial or institutional license has been granted.

Purchase of a product does not transfer ownership of intellectual property rights.

Users may not reproduce, distribute, resell, publicly display, or commercially exploit protected materials without written authorization.

Institutional use of educational materials, including Addiction 101 content, may require a separate licensing agreement.

8. Purchases, Payments, Scheduling, and Refunds

Products and services may be purchased, scheduled, or paid for through third-party platforms, including Calendly, Podia, Shopify, Stripe, Square, and other authorized service providers.

Prices, payment methods, taxes, appointment availability, delivery arrangements, and applicable refund or cancellation policies will be presented through the relevant purchasing or scheduling platform or service agreement.

By completing a purchase or booking, you agree to the applicable terms and conditions disclosed at the time of the transaction.

Refund eligibility, appointment cancellations, rescheduling, and missed appointments are governed by the policies disclosed for the specific product or service and applicable law.

Payment information is processed through third-party payment providers. Laborhood Change Project, Inc. does not intentionally collect or store complete payment card information through its general website forms.

Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights or refund protections that cannot legally be waived.

It does not constitute medical care, psychotherapy, crisis intervention, or a substitute for professional treatment.

We do not guarantee that community members' experiences, recommendations, or opinions are accurate or appropriate for every individual.

Although respectful handling of personal information is expected, we cannot guarantee that other participants will maintain confidentiality.

Users should avoid posting identifying medical information, medical records, or other highly sensitive personal details in community spaces.

Participation in a recovery-oriented community does not automatically establish a legally protected therapeutic or physician-patient relationship.

12. Intellectual Property

All original website content, branding, written materials, educational programs, videos, graphics, logos, and other protected materials are owned by Laborhood Change Project, Inc. or their respective rights holders.

This includes, where applicable, content associated with The Addicts Doc, The Addiction Assassin, The Addiction Architect, The Laborhood Change Project, and the Addictoholic educational materials.

13. User-Submitted Content

If users submit comments, reviews, testimonials, community posts, or other content, they retain ownership of their original contributions.

By submitting content through an interactive feature, users grant the Company a nonexclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute that content as reasonably necessary to operate and provide the applicable service.

This permission does not automatically authorize us to use sensitive personal stories, identifiable recovery experiences, or private community communications in public marketing materials.

Separate permission will be sought when appropriate for public promotional use.

Users are responsible for ensuring they have the right to share submitted content.

We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

14. Testimonials and Results

Testimonials and personal recovery stories reflect individual experiences.

They do not guarantee that other users will achieve similar outcomes.

Recovery, behavior change, and personal development are highly individualized processes.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted website access.

Changes affecting paid services or memberships will be handled according to applicable agreements and legal requirements.

17. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the extent permitted by applicable law, website content and general informational resources are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We make no guarantee that educational content will be suitable for every individual situation or that website access will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Nothing in this section excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Laborhood Change Project, Inc. and its representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or reliance on general educational content.

This limitation does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability arising from conduct for which applicable law prohibits such exclusions.

Any additional liability limitations applicable to paid services may be addressed in separate service agreements.

19. User Responsibility

Users are responsible for evaluating information in light of their own circumstances and obtaining appropriate professional guidance when necessary.

Users agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, access restricted systems without authorization, or engage in unlawful activity.

Nothing in these Terms requires users to disregard medical advice or delay necessary treatment.
